As I mentioned lately in a publish which started a countdown to tomorrow's remaining entry in this blog, one of many issues I have loved most is presenting stories which can be goofy but true.
Sure, it's fun to make up humorous stuff and riff on information images, however real life often finds a solution to prime me.

Most of the time, I end up sharing the information with my co-employees they usually too end up enjoying the fruits of your labour, Mr. B.

I'm going to miss typing oddl” in my URL search box every morning. I have been saving the following for today. This is for you, Bob, and all the rest of us. I am sure Clement C. Moore would perceive.
‘Twas the night earlier than Blog Death, when all by way of the bar,
Not a creature was stirring, not even Lamar;
The Enter keys have been prepped by the laptop computer with care,
In hopes that our Blog Guy soon could be there;
The posters had been stressed, with a keen sense of dread,
Whereas visions of oblivion danced in their head;
And Hulga in her ‘kerchief, and Shra in her footwear,
Had simply settled down for a long winter's snooze,
When out on the net there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the barstool to see what was the matter.
Away to the LAPTOP I drifted like fog,
Logged into the web web page and linked to the blog.
The slight curve of breast on surprisingly-clad fashions within
Gave impetus for the barrage of comments to begin,
When, what to my questioning eyes ought to foster,
However an oddly sufficient blog and many a poster,
With a retiring blogger stuffed with pizzazz,
I knew in a moment it have to be our Blaz.
Extra fast than piranhas on fresh meat they came,
And he chortled, and snorted, and called them by name;
Now, Georgia! now, onedoor! now, Dave_not_dave and 69Spin!
On, Crowgirl! On, Ladylala! on, Doctordoll and Moonshine!
then, justCAM (and sis'), then uncarastus, and AllThatJazz!
And others, too, all followers of the Baz!
From Bob's desk to west Krasnoyarsk and to shores of the Maines,
Dang it! I virtually forgot jclimacus081 and iflydaplanes!”
Because the Williams of Sonoma catalog has gifts for us all,
When displayed on this weblog, they're not found on the mall.
So into the comment block the posters did fly,
With speedy fingers typing and a gimlet eye.
After which, in that museum of donuts in area
The selection and exhibiting of each goofy face.
As I clicked in my comment, and was turning round,
Down the drainspout Mister Blog Man got here with a certain.
He was dressed all in khaki, sweats, and darkish sun shades, I think,
His clothes were all smudged with some robust ‘lectronic ink;
A bundle of barbs he had flung on his again,
With sarcasm, puns, and observations on crack.
His wit — how it dazzled! his knowledge, be cautious!
Trés stylish his supposes, but not from his Blackberry!
No troll ever ventured on his sacred soil,
And those that did have been burned in Monty Python oil;
He scoured the photographic log to set the humor,
Pal of the Royals? Nah! That was only a rumor;
He had content material that allowed a musical parody,
Politicos, rebels, cute animals, and issues quirky of rarity.
He was comedian and glib, a proper apropos elf,
And I laughed when I read him, regardless of myself;
A return e-mail and a twist of the reality,
Quickly let me know I had one thing really forsooth;
He stated I am closing up the weblog, I am through with snark.
I requested where shall I remark? Did we leap the shark?
He reassured me I had nothing to worry.
Like Obi-Wan to Luke, he'd always be right here.
He sprang to his Basler Turbo Six-Seven, and gave me the up thumb,
Cheer up my buddies, it's been a fantastic 5-yr run.
And I heard him exclaim, ere he shut down the positioning,
Comfortable Blogging to all, and to all a superb-night time.”
Exit Stage-Right.

No hell of no doughnuts
Above us only a BT-69 flown by ifly
Imagine all the people commenting every single day
Think about there isn't any finish to Lamar
It isn't onerous to do
Nothing to cease LadyLala's talk of Ma
And no end to goofiness too
Imagine all of the individuals living life with laughs
You, it's possible you'll say
I am a dreamer, however I am not the only one
I hope some day you will join us
And the commenters' comments will not be achieved
Think about no finish to SHOOOOOOES
I ponder if you can
No need to cease riffing on Cole Porter
Or Monty Python or Ronald's spam
Think about all the commenters sharing all the doughnuts
You, you could say
I'm a dreamer, however I'm not the only one
I hope some day you may remark with us
And the Oddly Enough weblog will revive the fun
