I found by way of my coach trainings, research, and meditation that I've a physique however I am not my body; I have a mind but I am not my mind. As I have grow to be more aware of that, I have noticed that there is an autopilot about my pondering, my talking and my behavior; a sample. There may be little freedom in that and not a lot chance to decide on and create one thing new for my life. I have observed that I am not considering but being thought more often than not.
