These are precise complaints obtained from dissatisfied clients by Thomas Cook dinner Holidays (based on a Thomas Cook dinner/ABTA survey):
1. "I feel it should be explained in the brochure that the local comfort retailer does not promote correct biscuits like custard creams or ginger nuts."
2. "It is lazy of the local shopkeepers in Puerto Vallarta to close in the afternoons. I often needed to buy things during 'siesta' time - this ought to be banned."
3. "On my holiday to Goa in India , I was disgusted to seek out that almost every restaurant served curry. I do not like spicy food."
4. "We booked an tour to a water park but no-one advised us we needed to convey our personal swimsuits and towels. We assumed it will be included in the worth."
5. "The seaside was too sandy. We had to clean every part once we returned to our room."
6. "We found the sand was not just like the sand within the brochure. Your brochure exhibits the sand as white nevertheless it was extra yellow."

We now hold you responsible and wish to be re-reimbursed for the fact that I became pregnant. This would not have happened when you had put us within the room that we booked."
