2010 has been a wacky 12 months for a lot of, but few news occasions have grabbed people fairly like the stories here. From the out-of-the box, to the loopy, to the unlucky 2010 produced some actually memorable information moments, including odd 911 calls, drug trafficking parrots , and cat-cooking chefs.

Man Forced to Eat His Own Beard
Harvey Westmoreland, a Kentucky man, was forced to eat his own beard after an argument about a lawn mower apparently obtained out of control, in accordance with the AP. For the total story and video, click here.
