A South Carolina resident who once weighed 408 pounds says that receiveing a traffic ticket was the ultimate straw of being over weight. She admitted that she hadn't been in a position to buckle her seatbelt in years, and her ticket in 2011 for not wearing her seatbelt began her in her weight reduction journey. Since the incident in 2011 she has lost over 200 kilos attributable to being active and making the fitting meals decisions.
"Researchers say extremely overweight individuals are 60 p.c much less likely to put on seatbelts. They are fifty six percent extra likely to die in a crash because of it." ( ABC ).
